How can i recover my password for my Client Area ?
In case you have forgotten your password for our client area you can use the "Recover Password" link found at the bottom of every login page. A new password will be generated for you and sent to the email address associated with your billing account.
If you no longer have access to that email address then you will have to contact our sales team and we would be more than happy to assist you in recovering your account after you answer a few questions regarding your information
Once your password has been reset, it can be changed to something more memorable from the client area.
